The box office is located in our main lobby just through the main doors at SCHEELS arena and our friendly team can provide assistance with purchasing tickets for all of our events, including Fargo Force games.

The box office is open the following hours (subject to change during holidays):
- Summer Hours (Memorial Weekend to Labor Day) M-F 10am – 1pm
- Day of Event (weekends) – noon – Intermission
- Day of Event (weekdays) – 10:00am – Intermission

Payment Methods
The SCHEELS arena Box Office can accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Cardholder must present valid identification for all credit card purchases. We do not accept checks, Apple Pay and Google Pay as methods of payment.
Digital Tickets
SCHEELS Arena utilizes digital tickets for seamless mobile entry. Similar to an airline boarding pass, these mobile tickets are accessible through the Ticketmaster app or mobile site in barcode format. Screenshots are not accepted. We recommend adding tickets to your phone's "wallet" for easy access. Ensure your device is fully charged to bypass the need for Wi-Fi or cellular data at the gates.
Secondary Ticket Warning
For authentic tickets, purchase directly from the SCHEELS Arena box office or Ticketmaster.com. Tickets from unauthorized sources may be invalid, and SCHEELS Arena cannot honor, replace, or refund them. Buying from scalpers, ticket brokers, eBay, Craigslist, StubHub, etc., poses a risk of counterfeit or invalid tickets.
