Service Animals
Certified service animals and service animals in training are welcomed at the Scheels Arena. They must be kept on a leash or harness at all times. If you are purchasing game tickets, please inform your ticket seller if an aisle seat is needed for your service animal. Only service animals are permitted inside the arena, and all other pets or animals require prior permission from Scheels Arena Management.
Wheelchairs / Wheelchair Storage
A limited number of wheelchairs are available at Scheels Arena, provided free of charge to guests on a first-come, first-served basis during events. Guests wishing to use a wheelchair should visit the Guest Services Desk located in the lower lobby.
