Alcohol Policy
- Anyone purchasing or consuming alcohol products at Scheels Arena must be at least 21 years of age.
- Alcohol sales and policies may vary for special events. Beer, wine, and liquor are sold throughout the arena and can be taken anywhere inside the building.
- Scheels Arena will not serve alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated. Scheels Arena reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Animals
Certified service animals and service animals-in-training are welcome within Scheels Arena. All other animals are prohibited apart from specifically approved events.

Bag Policy
All attendees must undergo a search of their person and belongings before entering Scheels Arena. We ask that guests have bags ready to be opened and inspected.
Bag requirements:
Scheels Arena security staff may ask you to rearrange or remove items from your bag. Bags and purses are subject to inspection upon entry to Scheels Arena and at any time while inside by arena staff.
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are welcome inside Scheels Arena. Scheels Arena reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.
Camera
- Non-flash, still cameras may be used to take pictures at Scheels Arena Events. Camera lenses greater than four inches in length are prohibited.
- Tripods and other photography equipment may not be used without an arena issued Media Credential. The team / event producer reserves the right to deny camera entry at any time before, during, or after an event and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed to be unacceptable.
Cashless Payment System
Starting September 1, 2024, SCHEELS Arena will transition to a cashless payment system during Fargo Force games and all other concerts and events. This change applies to the following locations within SCHEELS Arena: the box office, concessions stands, bars stands, and the Fargo Force store. The 50/50 raffle, chuck-a-puck and some third-party vendors (dependent on their discretion) will remain accepting cash. This new policy aims to streamline transactions, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall guest experience. We encourage patrons to come prepared with credit or debit cards. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make this important transition.
Code of Conduct
- The Fargo Force and Scheels Arena promote good sportsmanship by athletes, coaches, and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner.
- Profanity, racial, or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, athletes, coaches, or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the arena.
Entry Policy
All patrons require a valid ticket, pass, or appropriate credentials to gain access to the facility. Patrons are subject to a reasonable search and inspections on any bags, containers, or packages being brought into the building. Reasonable search may include a body frisk in some circumstances. This is for the safety of all patrons. Patrons are given the right to refuse searches but will not be allowed into the facility. Once you are admitted into Scheels Arena, there is no re-admittance if you choose to leave.
Mothers Room
SCHEELS Arena is proud to offer a dedicated Mothers Room to provide a comfortable and private space for nursing mothers. Located conveniently in the upper lobby, this room is equipped with a full bathroom, comfortable seating, changing table, and essential amenities to ensure a stress-free experience for mothers and their infants.
First Aid
Guests in needs of first-aid assistance should immediately contact a Scheels Arena staff member, or report to guest services. EMTs are available on-site to respond to medical emergencies.
Lost and Found
All lost and found items are to be taken to Guest Services or turned over to a Guest Services team member during events. To inquire about lost items during events, please go to guest services. To inquire about lost items during non-event times, please call 701-356-7656, or email info@scheelsarena.com with a short description of the item and the date the item was lost. Scheels Arena is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Parking
SCHEELS Arena offers free parking for all Fargo Force games and most concerts and events (effective September 1, 2024). This complimentary parking is designed to alleviate the hassle of finding and paying for parking, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
Parking typically opens up two hours before each event, giving you ample time to arrive, park, and make your way to your seats without rushing. In the case of certain specialty events where a parking fee may be required, rest assured that this information will be clearly advertised in advance, so there are no surprises. VIP Parking and Suite Parking lots/spaces will still be enforced & you must have the required parking pass to use those areas.
Prohibited Items
- Coolers, large bags, bottles, cans, thermoses, or projectiles of any kind.
- Weapons of any kind: including guns, knives, pepper spray, mace, chains, spikes, etc.
- Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards
- Glass containers
- Animals DEAD or ALIVE (except service animals)
- Recording devices, video cameras, professional cameras (except for properly accredited media).
- Balloons, or inflatable items
- Non-prescribed drugs.
- Alcohol.
- Food and beverages of any kind.
- Any unauthorized signs.
- Selfie Sticks
- Any aerosol spray bottles of any size (including Mace).
- Scheels Arena reserves the right to prohibit any item(s) that it deems unsafe or potentially dangerous. Scheels Arena also reserves the right to change or alter venue policies without prior notification in the interest of public safety.
- Oversized bags, backpacks or wrapped gifts
- Cameras with detachable lenses
- Laptops, iPads, tablets or other large electronic devices
- Any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by arena personnel, in their sole discretion
Re-Entry Policy
Guests may not exit and reenter Scheels Arena using the same ticket. However, in the event of an emergency, guests should contact the nearest Scheels Arena staff member, who may permit a guest to reenter Scheels Arena at the same entrance. Guests who leave Scheels Arena at any time (without the authorization of a staff member) will not be permitted to reenter.
Smoking Policy
Scheels Arena is committed to the health and safety of our guests and employees and is a non-smoking facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside Scheels Arena or outside of the building. Guests are not allowed to exit and re-enter for the purpose of smoking. The policies outlined above apply to electronic cigarettes, smokeless cigarettes, and/or vapor cigarettes, as well as traditional cigarettes. Violators may be subject to removal from the facility and/or denied admittance into the facility.
